High Mast
G.J. Lighting Tower Co. offers precision-engineered high mast poles designed to provide powerful and uniform lighting over large areas. Manufactured using hot-dip galvanized steel, these poles are built for durability, corrosion resistance, and high performance in demanding outdoor environments.
High mast lighting systems are an ideal solution for projects that require elevated and wide-area illumination, such as highways, industrial zones, stadiums, and large public spaces.
Technical Specifications – High Mast Pole
- Pole Shaft Material: Hot rolled MS plate/strip as per IS 5986 or BSEN 10025, with minimum yield strength of 355 MPa and ultimate strength of 510 MPa. Sulphur and phosphorus content ≤ 0.05%.
- Base Plate: Hot rolled MS plate as per IS 2062, Grade Fe-410.
- Foundation Bolts: High tensile steel with minimum UTS of 415 MPa.
- Wire Rope: Stainless steel, 7/19 construction, AISI 316 grade.
- Surface Protection: Hot dip galvanized (internal and external) as per IS 4759 / BSEN-1461 using seven-tank process.
