Technical Specifications – High Mast Pole
  • Pole Shaft Material: Hot rolled MS plate/strip as per IS 5986 or BSEN 10025, with minimum yield strength of 355 MPa and ultimate strength of 510 MPa. Sulphur and phosphorus content ≤ 0.05%.
  • Base Plate: Hot rolled MS plate as per IS 2062, Grade Fe-410.
  • Foundation Bolts: High tensile steel with minimum UTS of 415 MPa.
  • Wire Rope: Stainless steel, 7/19 construction, AISI 316 grade.
  • Surface Protection: Hot dip galvanized (internal and external) as per IS 4759 / BSEN-1461 using seven-tank process.
